Recent Interview With Dr. Felecia Froe on Central Valley Today.

THE GAP OF $1,055,000

$1,055,000. That’s the cumulative lifetime earnings gap between men and women at retirement age according to a recent report published by Merrill Lynch 1 (the “Merrill Lynch Report”).

Underlying the wealth gap, the Merrill Lynch Report discovered some of the major factors preventing women from achieving their financial goals:

REGRET

41% of women wish they had invested more of their money. Many of the women surveyed recognized investments as essential to growing their wealth in ways that income alone does not. 59% of women report that they are not doing a good job using investing as a way to pursue their financial goals. So, why aren’t women investing even though they know it’s essential to growing wealth?  A few of the answers offered in the Merrill Lynch Report included: confidence, knowledge and opportunity.
null

KNOWLEDGE

60% of women say that not having the knowledge to invest is their number one barrier to investing.
null

CONFIDENCE

Although women are equally confident or, in some cases, more confident than men in many financial matters including budgeting and paying bills, when it comes to managing investments, only 52% of women say they are confident, compared to 68% of men.
null

OPPORTUNITY

Studies have shown that confidence leads to action.2 Confidence in investing is not just about knowledge but also opportunities.  Building confidence is a matter of knowing how to invest as well as where to invest.

NARWHAL OFFERS INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

KNOWLEDGE AND CONFIDENCE

It’s clear that women have the desire to invest and recognize that investing is essential to building wealth. However, it’s also clear that a large percentage of women also feel that they’re not investing enough and a lack of confidence is a big factor in explaining this phenomenon.

Here at Narwhal, we were once at the crossroads where many women stand today - needing to invest but lacking the confidence to do so because we didn’t know how or where to invest. It was through the process of research and nurturing knowledge that we gained insights into where to invest, which built up our confidence to invest, which finally spurred us to action and put us on the path that we’re on today to building real wealth.

TAKE BACK CONTROL

THE SEVEN STEPS TO ACHIEVING REAL WEALTH FOR WOMEN

PASSIVE INCOME

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING RICH AND BEING WEALTHY

Being rich means having the income to support a comfortable lifestyle but it doesn’t mean not having to worry about money. A surgeon could lose her hands and her income would stop. The wealthy never have to worry about money because no matter what happens, they have a source of income shielded from outside forces.

Whether through direct real estate investments, private investments, private equity, or business ventures, there are many ways to achieve the wealth that you crave. The common factor among all these alternative investment classes is that they generate the passive income that is the engine for creating real wealth.

At Narwhal Investment Group, we are here to empower our fellow woman with knowledge and opportunity so you can have the confidence to invest and take back control of your financial future.
